Color coded lockbox tag system for use by a listing agent and client to visually communicate the show status of a property. The ‘show-tags’ fit snuggly on lockbox and can only be removed by the agent. Red tag reads “Appointment Only”, yellow tag reads “Call First” and green tag reads “Go Direct”. The tags’ bright colors are visible from the street, potentially increasing your showings for the agent who happens upon the property and does not have the listing instructions available. Tags have plastic sleeve where the agent can leave their business cards or other notes. Client will have additional tags that can overlay the agent’s lockbox tag should the showing status change. These tags are a perfect way to get more traffic to your listing while minimizing unnecessary calls to you.
